Feb Clean Eating GroupEver wanted to try to eat clean but don’t know where to start? Join my next Clean Eating Challenge to get some help starting out. The next group starts Monday, February 1st.

What I’ll provide:
• Private Facebook support group.
• Grocery List.
• Meal Plan.
• Optional daily beginner workouts.
• Daily Motivation from myself and the other group participants.

How you participate:
• Commit to eating clean as best as you can for only 5 days.
• Purchase and prep your food the weekend before.
• Participate in the group as much or as little as you’d like during the week.
