This is a space for all things Vanilla Shakeology! I will be adding to this as time goes on, so check back. All of the recipes on here, that are not linked to my personal recipes, are adapted from the TBB database and Shakeology.com websites.

For the best taste experience, use a blender and add ice. The more ice you add, the thicker your shake will get. I add 6-8 cubes per shake unless more is noted in the recipe.

For the milks, use any kind of milk or milk substitute: almond, rice, or coconut* milk. The more milk, the creamier it gets! (*Don’t use canned coconut milk!) <3 Roni
