day 3 journal
Day 3 of the 3 Day Refresh! I was definitely less hungry today so I think I am adjusting to the plan. I made so many more trips to the bathroom today. So many. OH EM GEEEEE. I think it’s obvious that it is due to the water intake. Also, the fact that my body is getting used to taking in so much water – it doesn’t think it needs to hold on to so much of it, I suppose?
Work was totally crazy so I was not able to stick to a good schedule today. I followed the plan though and I was too busy to notice much hunger at all. Dinner came really late since I had some company. I also did not notice that I was overly hungry. I was a normal amount of hungry. Does that make sense? ha!
I slept fabulously again. Like fantastically great. Overall, I feel happy and ready to start the next push of my fitness journey!
Here is what I ate and when:
6:30 am – Water (12 oz)
– Lemon Ginger Tea (12 oz)
7:45 am – Chocolate Vegan Shakeology (with 10 oz of water)
9:00 am – Jasmine Green Tea (with 12 oz of water)
10:00 am – Jasmine Green Tea (with 12 oz of water)
11:30 am – Fiber Sweep (with 8 oz of water)
11:45 pm – Water (10 oz)
12:00 pm – Jasmine Green Tea (with 12 oz of water)
1:45 pm – Vanilla Fresh (made with 10 oz of water)
– Carrots & Almond Butter
3:00 pm – Jasmine Green Tea (made with 12 oz of water)
4:00 pm – Jasmine Green Tea (made with 12 oz of water)
4:30 pm – Celery & Hummus
6:00 – Water (16 oz)
8:00 pm – Vanilla Fresh (made with 10 oz of water)
– Vegetable Stir Fry (from the book)
8:30 pm – Sleepytime herbal Tea (made with 12 oz of water)
10:00 pm – Sleepytime herbal Tea (made with 12 oz of water)
Total water for today was 172 ounces including the Vanilla Fresh, Fiber Sweep & Shakeology.
Calorie count clocks in at around 1100 for the day.
Down 6.2 lbs.
Normal, with minor tummy grumbles in the afternoon and evening.
