Today I went back to the Clean Gut for a day and then tomorrow I will reintroduce dairy.
I was annoyed all day and I woke with a headache and I slept like crap. I felt better and better as the day went on.
Ready to try dairy tomorrow. I think that I just need to list wheat and that is that. I won’t bother cutting it out forever or anything. Like I explained yesterday I don’t really eat that much of it unless I get to where I am eating out too much. Just will limit my refined starches and I should be fine. It is amazing how it effects my digestion, my mood and sleep, too!
